REVOLUPLAST is currently one of the leading players in the field of plastic working and small plastic boiler-making, and offering facilities for the design and manufacture of customised plastic covers and other customised plastic for small and medium series, without tooling or moulds.
For more than 30 years, we have been designing and manufacturing a wide variety of bespoke plastic covers, particularly designed for special machines, that are manufactured on a recurring basis including covers for medical devices or for test, measurement or laboratory equipment.
REVOLUPLAST is a manufacturer specialising in CNC machining and shaping sheets of ABS, high impact PS or PC thermoplastic materials, an ideal process for producing small or large plastic enclosure in thicknesses of 3 to 8 mm.
We can work from drawings but we can also help you in design, and improve the aesthetics of your project. Your cover or casing will then look like a bespoke “designer” plastic cladding, just like haute couture!
Bespoke and customised plastic enclosure:
There are, of course, many ways of customisation project, depending on its requirements or intended use:
- Choice of colours or transparent plastic materials
- Shapes with folding or bending similar to thermoforming
- Application of markings by digital or silk-screen printing
- Application of paint or varnish for a greater choice of finishes
- The addition of drill holes, cut-outs, internal metallization and mounting accessories will complete and facilitate its integration on equipment.
Every production run starts with the validation of a prototype, allowing a few adjustments to be made if necessary, before the mass production of your plastic covers.
Our production resources are highly responsive and flexible, for example in the event of modifications between 2 production runs. We have a design lead time of 3 weeks and a first production lead time of around 4 to 5 weeks.
Our knowledge of the various thermoplastic materials, combined with our extensive experience and technical expertise in plastic machining, enable us to offer a wide range of solutions customised to your applications.
