To better understand their perception and constantly improve our services, we recently conducted an NPS (Net Promoter Score) survey. This approach enables us to assess our customers' loyalty and satisfaction by asking them a simple question: How likely are you to recommend REVOLUPLAST to a friend or colleague?

We're delighted to share that our NPS score reached 80, a very positive result that testifies to the trust our customers place in us. The overall average score given to REVOLUPLAST in this survey was 9.03/10. By analyzing the responses, we were able to identify several strong points, including :
